Who It's For

UK business plans for the routes that actually exist

The UK closed Tier 1 Investor and Start-up routes years ago. We write business plans for the four active categories that genuine entrepreneurs and overseas businesses use today.

Endorsement-Based

Innovator Founder Visa

The UK's primary route for entrepreneurs. Requires an innovative, viable, and scalable business plan endorsed by an approved body before submission to the Home Office.

Global Business Mobility

UK Expansion Worker Visa

For overseas businesses establishing a UK branch or subsidiary. Plans must demonstrate genuine UK trading intent, operational footprint, and a credible expansion strategy.

Sponsor Licence Route

Self-Sponsorship

Founders who incorporate a UK business, secure a Sponsor Licence, and hire themselves under the Skilled Worker route. Requires a defensible plan demonstrating genuine business activity.

High-Growth & Talent

Scale-up & Global Talent

Plans supporting Scale-up sponsor licence applications and Global Talent endorsement submissions, particularly in tech, science, and digital sectors.

What's Included

Every plan, every deliverable

A flat $1,200 covers the complete package. No hidden tiers, no add-ons, no surprises at delivery.

Full business plan

Comprehensive document structured around the assessment criteria your endorsing body or the Home Office will scrutinise: innovation, viability, scalability.

Standalone financial model

Three-year projections in Excel: P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, with assumptions and sensitivity analysis that withstand reviewer scrutiny.

UK market & competitive research

Verified data from credible sources, with emphasis on UK market positioning, competitive landscape, and the demonstrable gap your business addresses.

Organisational chart

Clear management and staffing structure showing roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines — a standard requirement across UK business immigration routes.

How It Works

From intake to delivery in 7 days

A focused, structured process built around your endorsement or sponsor licence timeline. No back-and-forth confusion, no missed deadlines.

Discovery call

30-minute consultation to understand your business, the route you're pursuing, and any solicitor or endorsing body requirements you're working with.

Intake & research

Structured questionnaire to capture financials, history, and strategy. We begin UK market research and source verification.

Drafting

We build the full plan and financial model in parallel, ensuring narrative and numbers tell a single, coherent story aligned with your route.

Review & delivery

You receive the draft on day 7. One round of revisions included to fine-tune positioning before submission.

Why Robinomics

Plans that hold up to endorsing body scrutiny

UK endorsing bodies and Home Office caseworkers reject plans that look templated, contain unsupported claims, or present projections that don't tie out. Our work doesn't have those problems.

Verified research

Every UK market figure is sourced from credible databases and cited. Your solicitor or endorsing body assessor can verify any claim in the plan.

Route-calibrated

Innovator Founder, Expansion Worker, and Self-Sponsorship plans each emphasise different criteria. We write to the specific assessor's checklist.

Defensible projections

Financial models built bottom-up from operational drivers — the kind of model an analyst can interrogate and find consistent.

Accountable team

You work with named consultants, not anonymous freelancers. Direct access throughout the engagement and beyond.

Common Questions

Questions UK applicants ask

Do you write plans for the Tier 1 Investor or Start-up visa?
No. The Tier 1 Investor route closed to new applications in February 2022 and to extension applications in February 2026. The Start-up visa closed in April 2023. We focus on the four routes that currently accept new applications: Innovator Founder, Expansion Worker, Self-Sponsorship, and Scale-up / Global Talent.
Will my Innovator Founder plan get endorsed?
We write plans that meet the published assessment criteria of approved endorsing bodies — innovation, viability, and scalability. We do not, however, control the endorsement decision itself, which rests with the endorsing body and depends on factors beyond the plan, including your background, evidence of demand, and the body's sector focus. We recommend working with an immigration solicitor or adviser in parallel.
Can you write the plan for my UK Expansion Worker (Global Business Mobility) application?
Yes. Expansion Worker plans require demonstrating that the overseas business is genuine, has been actively trading abroad, and has a realistic UK expansion strategy with appropriate footprint. We structure the plan around the Home Office's expectations for this route.
What's included in the Self-Sponsorship plan?
Self-Sponsorship plans support the Sponsor Licence application by establishing the UK business as a genuine trading entity with a credible commercial purpose, sufficient resources to comply with sponsor duties, and a coherent role for the founder under the Skilled Worker route. The plan does not replace the Sponsor Licence application itself, which your solicitor handles.
How long does the process take?
Standard delivery is 7 business days from a complete intake. The clock starts when we have all required information from you. Rush delivery is available on a case-by-case basis for tight endorsement or sponsor licence deadlines.
Do you work with UK immigration solicitors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with UK immigration solicitors and OISC-regulated advisers, providing the business plan and financial model while they manage the legal application. Solicitors can refer clients directly or engage us on the client's behalf.
What if my endorsing body or caseworker requests changes?
One round of revisions is included after delivery, which covers most feedback. Substantive scope changes — new financial scenarios, materially different business models, additional locations — are quoted separately.

Ready to build a UK plan that stands up to scrutiny?

Let's craft a plan your endorsing body, sponsor licence caseworker, or Home Office reviewer can take seriously.
