Payment Terms
Payments for Robinomics Consulting services are processed securely through MAIB online payment solutions for businesses.
All fees shown on this website, in proposals, or in client communications apply only to the specific scope described at the time of quoting. Because services involve custom research, writing, analysis, and planning tailored to each client’s case or project, fees are generally tied to reserved work time and project-specific deliverables rather than standardized retail products.
Currency
Unless otherwise stated, fees may be quoted or displayed in USD.
Where a client chooses, or is permitted, to pay in another currency, the final charged amount may vary due to:
exchange-rate fluctuations
payment processor conversion practices
card network conversion
fees imposed by the client’s bank or payment provider
We do not control third-party exchange rates or bank-imposed conversion charges.
Payment Due Dates
Work begins only after the required upfront payment, deposit, or first installment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms stated in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
If a staged payment structure applies, we may pause work or withhold final delivery until the next scheduled payment is received.
Deposits and Refunds
If drafting, research, analysis, revisions, strategy work, or document preparation has begun but no work has yet been delivered, and the client decides to discontinue the project for any reason, any refund will be issued less 20% of the total project value.
Completed and Delivered Work
Because services are custom and time is reserved specifically for each client matter, payments for work already performed and delivered to the client are generally non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If a client believes there is a billing issue, they agree to contact us first so the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved directly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after substantial work has begun, drafts have been delivered, or services have been rendered may be treated as a breach of these Payment Terms and of any related service agreement.
Taxes, Bank Fees, and Transfer Costs
The client is responsible for any charges imposed by the client’s own bank, card issuer, or currency-conversion provider, including any foreign exchange differences applied by those institutions.
Robinomics Consulting does not impose a separate surcharge for the use of a particular payment method unless expressly disclosed in writing in advance and permitted by applicable law.
Electronic Invoices and Receipts
Clients agree to receive invoices, payment confirmations, and related billing communications electronically.
Payment Confirmation
By making payment, the client confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to these Payment Terms, together with any proposal, invoice, or service agreement governing the engagement.
